Scientific research focus:
In 2016, she completed her full-time engineering studies at the Faculty of PEDAS of the University of Zilina in Zilina in the field of study 3.3.16 economics and business management. In 2019, she started full-time doctoral studies in the field of economics and management. She finished her doctoral studies in 2022 with a successful defense of her dissertation under the title "Metamorphing - an emergent approach to managing changes in the company from the point of view of increasing competitiveness". After completing her doctoral studies, she worked at the Department of Economics as an assistant professor. It is part of the research team of VEGA project no. 1/0032/21: Marketing engineering as a progressive platform for optimization of managerial decision-making processes in the context of current marketing management challenges. Leads teaching in exercises for the subjects Business Finance, Business Economics, Financial Reporting and Controlling, Final Thesis. In addition to teaching, he guides students in writing bachelor's and engineering theses. Another of its activities consists of the publication of scientific contributions at domestic and foreign conferences and in domestic and foreign scientific journals, which are part of the Web of Science and Scopus scientific databases.
