Duringthisperiod, severalscientificconferences has beenrealized (in St. Petersburg and Žilina), severalscientific text bookshavebeenpublished.Thecollectivemonographwasconceived 4 yearsago. Thename of topicwasnotselectedrandomly. Infrastructure as a generalcondition of productionrepresentsthe most importantcomponent of socio-economicdevelopment. Theknown formula of four "I" includesinvestment, innovation, institutions and infrastructure. At thesametime, infrastructuredevelopmentisthe most importantcondition of globalizationpresumingthemovementfreedom (mobility) of labor and capital. Globalization and infrastructure are dialecticallyinterdependent and thetheoreticalanalysis of thiscombinationisinteresting and perspective.
