At thesametime, infrastructuredevelopmentisthe most importantcondition of globalizationpresumingthemovementfreedom (mobility) of labor and capital. Globalization and infrastructure are dialecticallyinterdependent and thetheoreticalanalysis of thiscombinationisinteresting and perspective.
